Synopsis
When a loyal police dog and his cop owner are injured in the line of duty, a brain-splitting but life-saving operation brings them together, and Dogman is born. Dogman is sworn to protect and serve—and to fetch, sit down, and roll over. As Dogman embraces his new identity and tries to impress his boss (Lil Rel Howery, Get Out, Free Guy), he must stop the rather evil schemes of feline supervillain Pete the Cat (Pete Davidson; Saturday Night Live, The King of Staten Island). Pete’s latest plan is to clone himself by creating a kitten, Lil’ Petty, to double his crime-fighting ability. Things get complicated, however, when Lil’ Petty forms an unexpected bond with Dogman. When Lil’ Petty finds herself in the clutches of a common enemy, Dogman and Petey reluctantly join forces to save the young kitten. In the process, they discover the power of family (and kittens!) to bring even the most hostile enemies together.
